Day 1 : Hometown - China
You will begin your tour by connecting or departing from Vancouver or Toronto.

Day 2 : Beijing
Upon arrival Beijing, you will be met by a local guide and transfer to Hotel.
Novotel Xinqiao Hotel or similar.
Day 3 : Beijing (B/L/D)
After breakfast, visit Tian'anmen Square, the largest public square in the world. Your will visit the Imperial Palace - the 'Forbidden City'. After lunch you will visit the Summer Palace where you will be enchanted by a rolling landscape of lake, pagodas and pavilions. You will enjoy a boat ride on Kunming Lake. You will then visit the Temple of Heaven, an expansive example of Ming Dynasty architecture, where emperors presided over prayers for good weather and harvests. Our welcome dinner will be served at the Cantonese restaurant in our hotel.
Day 4 : Beijing (B/L/D)
After breakfast, you will visit the jade carving factory. Your coach will continue on to the Great Wall of China at Podoling. After lunch, you will enjoy a ride on a tricycle rickshaw through the 'Hutong' - an exploration of one of the remaining traditional Beijing neighborhoods of cottages and narrow alleyways. This evening you will enjoy the traditional Peking duck. This will be followed by the famous Beijing Opera show.
Day 5 : Beijing - (B/L/D) (HU7109 1410/1610)
After breakfast, your morning will be free at leisure or shopping. You will take the afternoon flight to Yichang. Upon arrival, Yichang city tour and after dinner you will board 'MS East King'.
